I've taught for over a decade and worked for a dozen schools.
The problems we teachers encounter are universal. We're in between the school, the parents and in front of the students. Each one of those people want different things and we're smack in the middle.
We're tasked with inspiring the students, trying to get them to get good grades and we try our best to make education fun for them.
However, our workload constantly changes and it keeps increasing. The demands of the education system are put on our shoulders and slowly but surely we pour all our energy towards our jobs.. leaving not much for ourselves.
